越战结束后，曾被囚禁在越共战俘营的美军上校巴洛克，公开控诉越共的残暴，但越南政府否认指控，反指巴洛克诬陷。越战英雄遂凭个人力量重回虎穴，拯救其他仍在越南受困的美军战俘，揭穿越南官方的谎言。
