惠民（龙邵华）收到留学通知书要去美国，让小英等他两年，不久，小英爸爸的公司突然垮了，债主也上门要债，小英放弃读书去工作，认识了吴大卫（李麦克），吴大卫说能帮小英爸爸的公司还债，条件是要嫁给他结婚后，吴大卫嫌弃小英不是处女，天天带女人回家玩，小英杀死了吴大卫后自首，因表现良好而提前假释，最后和惠民结婚。
