Plot introduction

　　年轻貌美的皮划艇运动员阮小月（陈乔恩 饰），痛失即将结婚的教练男友何天华（黄晓明 饰），寻求真相心切的她，在有望成为未来之星的运动生涯关键时刻突然离队，带着种种疑惑，只身来到一所大学担任校龙舟队的临时教练。阮小月的到来，打碎了龙舟队的大男孩们一边嬉闹一边看美女的美梦，取而代之的是无止境的魔鬼式训练及麻辣教练臭脸相伴的噩梦，无限制地挑战着大男孩们的小心脏和小肌肉。导致以龙舟队队长（黄轩 饰）为首的队员们使劲儿作对，想尽办法逃出生天。倍受校方质疑的阮小月，黯然离开龙舟队，与此同时，大男孩们得知了阮小月的爱  Expand All
