揖毒组警察阿伦精明能干，但却风流成性，其妻阿妮不满他，也不干寂寞，于是背着他偷情，红杏出墙，且怀了别人的骨肉，这时阿伦在行动中被毒贩军击伤了头部，去了味觉与嗅觉，需要长期疗养，阿妮精心照料阿伦在此期间，两人有了复合的可能。但阿妮腹中的孩子成为两人的心头刺，军越狱，捉了阿妮做人质，阿伦冒死相救。
