Plot introduction

家住在山城重庆的马尚来（冯巩 饰）干了一辈子调解员，虽然工作中经历过各种险情和挫折，但他依然满腔热情，乐此不疲。眼看到了退休的年龄，马尚来非但不想回家享享清福，反而要开一个工作室继续为人民服务。他的老婆（牛莉 饰）为此大为光火，想方设法要阻止丈夫再就业。与此同时，名叫茅雪旺（涂松岩 饰）的男人抢注了马尚来的名字，名义上也干调节工作，但为了钱不择手段。在与茅雪旺对抗的过程中，马尚来偶然结识了弟子（张小斐 饰）的好哥们儿金珍（毛俊杰 饰）。金珍对马尚来过分热情，这不仅让追求她的茅雪旺醋意大发，更令马妻火冒三丈。 人过中年，马尚来的人生似乎变得愈加精彩起来……©豆瓣  Expand All
